Domestic Violence Checklist

There may come a time when a child support specialist will need to know what to do if a customer reveals they are a victim of domestic violence. There are steps to take in OSIS to safeguard the reporting parties information from being released to the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS). Updating OSIS also functions to automatically block a survivor’s address from appearing on pleadings and correspondence and alerts child support specialists to risks.
