Once an ALC document has successfully printed, an image of that document is stored on DiscImage. You can search by a variety of parameters to find that stored image and then view and/or reprint the document. Documents that have only been selected, but not yet successfully printed, are not available to view in DiscImage. For documents that are selected and then printed in an overnight batch process, this means that documents are not available for viewing until the next day.
Once you have finished your work in DiscImage, close the application. It is important to always close DiscImage when your work is finished to maintain document security.
