Archived files are maintained by the Support Services Division with the Records Management Program. To retrieve a file that has been sent to storage follow these steps.
- Access the OKDHS InfoNet.
- Go to Support Divisions and click on Support Services.
- Either scroll to the Services section and click on Records Management or in the toolbar at the top go to Services and click on Records Management.
- In the menu on the right of the screen under Forms and Tools click on Records Request.
- Click on Document Search and complete the form. (the Quick Guide link will pull up a PowerPoint that will give you instructions on how to request a record)
