There will be an article for each quarter of the year for implemented Bright Ideas. The most recent month will be listed in the article first. Each article will be published no later than the month following the quarter in which the Bright Ideas were implemented.

Bright Idea # 0716-03:
We would like to thank the Center for Business Excellence and Customer Service and the CARE call Center, for submitting the following Bright Idea that has been accepted, developed and now implemented. This Bright Idea is in production as of 3/4/2020.
Current Situation:
I love the new CFRN screen. It really speeds up research on CARE messages. Before, one would have to flip back and forth through CFRBX and CFRI. Along with CFRN it would be very helpful to have a screen just like CFRN but would list all the IWOs that went out. It would save flipping through lots of NL, NI, and DISCImage. Together, payment research would really speed up.
Resolution:
CBECS IT resources built two new transactions in OSIS to fulfill this Bright Idea. The first new transaction, IWOL, will list all IWO types that have been generated for an NCP, in descending order. If the NCP has multiple FGNs, it will list the 001 case first. The IWOL screen will us physical paging, meaning staff will be able to page forward and backward through the IWO list. The second transaction, IWOD, will show the detail associated with the selected IWO from IWOL. The CARE Ribbon has also been updated to add links to each of these new transactions for use by the CARE CSRs.

The IWOL – IWO’s by NCP screen is used to list all the IWO documents associated with an NCP. The screen is accessed by entering IWOL xxxxxxxxx, where x is the FGN.

The Document Status codes for the IWOL screen are defined as:
