When customers view their case through the OK Benefits Portal they can view the status of their child support case.
Customers will access the database and logon to the portal. They would click on the View My Services link.
Each service they have will have a card. The customer would then click on the card for Child Support Services.
This will lead to the Child Support Dashboard where they can select which case they want to view.
Once the case is accessed it will display the Case Status.
The following chart provides examples from different messages for different statuses. The lowest number message is the highest priority. Example if a case qualifies for OSIS Message No. 20 and No. 53 the case status will show No. 20.
