The parties have 10 days from the date the Notice of Proposed Termination of Cash Medical is sent to object to the termination. The only acceptable reason for review is to determine if the children have been enrolled in medical insurance. No other reasons for review are appropriate in this process. Issues concerning reasonable cost and accessibility are outside the scope of this process, because these types of issues would require that a modification be done on the case.
