DHS is implementing a new way to submit leave through an online form that will automatically notify your supervisor. To help you navigate the new submission process, follow these steps.
Step 1
From the Our InfoNet Home SharePoint page, select the drop down menu called “Service Divisions” from the top of the page and choose “Child Support Services” from the menu.
Step 2
From the “Quick Links” section on the right side of the page, select the “OKDHS Leave Request” link.
Step 3
If this is the first time you have accessed the leave request form, you may be presented with a message asking you to allow access to several Office 365 apps. If you see this message, select “Allow” to access the form.
Step 4
When you have successfully accessed the form, begin a new request by clicking the plus sign in the upper right corner of the form.
Step 5
Check the box for “multiple days” if necessary, and enter the dates and hours for the requested leave.
Step 6
At the bottom of the form, select the “Leave Type” dropdown menu and select the type of leave being requested.
Step 8
The leave request is submitted by clicking the check mark in the upper right corner of the form. Once submitted, a calendar notification of the leave request is automatically sent to your supervisor for approval and the request will be marked as “pending”.
