There are several timeframes that workers must be aware of when terminating cash medical.
Parties have 10 days from the date the Notice of Proposed Termination of Cash Medical is generated to object to the termination.
If no objection or no responses are received from the Notice of Proposed Termination of Cash Medical, then the Notice of Termination of Cash Medical will generate 15 days after the Proposed Notice was sent.
If any party objects, then an Administrative Review must be done within 10 days of receiving the objection.
If an Administrative Review is done, then the parties have 15 days to request a hearing.
If a hearing is requested, then the hearing must be set with 10 days.
