What is the Child Support Portal (CSP) and Helpful Guides

The Child Support Portal, also sometimes referred to as QUICK, is the gateway to the Federal Parent Locater Service (FPLS) systems and information. The portal has access to applications that provide a web-based access to child support data through a secure, single sign on portal.

On the front page of the Portal, you will see a box with Helpful Resources. This is a list and link to download a PDF guide for the following available applications:

Child Welfare Navigation Guide
Instructions for using the Locate and FCR Query applications.
Department of Defense Entitlement (DoD) and Navigation Guide
You can request and receive detailed military entitlement information for active military and reservist participants in IV-D cases.
eEmployer and Navigation Guide
You can search employer information in the National Directory of New Hires (NDNH) for employer names, Federal Employer Identification Numbers (FEIN), and addresses to assist in managing child support cases. You can also identify employers that participate in the Office of Child Support Services’ (OCSS) electronic income withholding order (e-IWOs) process.
Electronic Document Exchange (EDE) and Navigation Guide
You can securely exchange documents and Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA) forms electronically to expedite case processing.
FCR Query and Navigation Guide
You can request case and participant information directly from the FCR on a case-by-case basis to assist with case processing. FCR Query has its own Navigation Guide and is also addressed in the Child Welfare Navigation Guide.
Federal Collections and Enforcement
State users can view and update obligor and case information and Federal agency users can upload and download offset files and documents.
Locate and Navigation Guide
You can initiate locate information from the National Directory of New Hires (NDNH) and Federal Parent Locate Service (FPLS) external locate sources in near real time. Locate has its own Navigation Guide and is also addressed in the Child Welfare Navigation Guide.
Query Interstate Cases for Kids (QUICK)
You can view real-time case data, financial information, and actions taken in another state.
