Child Support Services (CSS) does not determine collectable interest for the following:
- Cost recovery fee balances (other states)
- Spousal support
- Cash medical
- Genetic testing fees
- Some out of state (see Intergovernmental CSQuest articles)
Note: Daycare and unreimbursed medical expenses could be an unspecified amount based on a percentage order. CSS does not determine collectable interest for expenses under a percentage order unless adjudicated to a sum certain. CSS does not adjudicate these amounts but will collect these amounts after they have been adjudicated to a sum certain by the parties.
