Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) benefits prior to 10/1994 were archived on microfiche. The EBOL conversion estimated expenditures back to 02/1987. This resulted in microfiche only being needed when benefits predated this date.
In 05/2013, microfiche records were added to URAD for all eligible cases. Therefore, there is no longer a need for workers to request microfiche records, as they can rely solely on information found in OSIS.
