When a hearing has been requested the State’s Attorney must complete the family violence task in OnBase.
The attorney will receive an email letting them know that the form is ready to be completed.
The email will look like this:
Once the email is received go to OnBase to complete the FVI task. The attorney will access their CSS Atty-FVI Review folder in Workflow.
This must be completed before the hearing can begin.
Complete the level of FVI (or select none if there is no FVI). Then click on the Send FVI Email to Judge button.
The Judge will not enter the hearing until this step is completed.
