The Electronic Access Registration form shall be used to register for an account on the Office of Administrative Hearing’s Court Electronic Filing System for Child Support issues. Only those registered with the Court’s system will be able to electronically file documents and/or view case information.
Use of Form
Please use this form when onboarding new staff and also for those who transfer from another office. This is for staff who use OAH Workflow and OAH Case Manager.
The following information is required to register with the Court’s system.
- Last Name, First Name, MI
- FGN NO (completed by NCP, CP or Attorney)
- E-mail Address
- Phone No
- Fax No
- Role (NCP, CP, Attorney, Notary, OAH, CSS Worker)
- User ID
- Notary stamp or seal (for Notaries)
