Tribal case can be searched in OSIS using the TRFIND screen. The search is only for Cherokee Nation (905) and Muscogee Creek Nation (908) Tribes.
TRFIND will allow you to search for a CP, NCP or CHU by last name, first name and date of birth. You can also search by SSN.
Search results are limited to 50 results per search

Focus on search results for 905 or 908 Tribal Office codes only. If your search results return information for Tribal Office code 927, ignore it and refer to the MODOC lists provided by the Contract Monitor. MODOC Tribe (927) does not update their cases on TRFIND at this time.
To access the case, tab to the first line next to the result you want to look at and type TRCASE in that space and hit enter.
The next screen will display the parties on the Tribal case and what their role on the case is. This will allow you to verify the case you located is for the parties in question or not.
Case Status: “STS” field
Blank or O = Open C = Case is closed
*any value other than “C” in this field will be considered open
If the case status is not considered open, then it will not be treated as an active Tribal case.
