Teams has become our primary means of communication at work. As we have progressed with Teams, many groups have formed to focus on specific subjects. These groups are creating Teams Channels to help them stay organized.
Teams Channels allow chat, file sharing, a variety of Microsoft Apps, and the ability to make the channel private or public. Below is an abbreviated list of the current Teams Channels that are available to CSS.
ALC Help
This channel is for anyone that uses ALC documents. It is a place to ask questions about or get help with Adobe Live Cycle (ALC).
Announcements All of Us
This channel is for important DHS announcement, such as Employee Benefits Option Enrollment, or Voluntary SCC Contributions, etc. Only DHS Communications moderators can post.
CSS Attorneys
This private channel is for all CSS Attorneys. It has eight subchannels and includes materials regarding ARC Guides, Brief Banks, KellPro, LLI, and more.
CSS Certification Study Guide Group
This channel is for anyone preparing for a Certification test. It is a place to access the most up to date Study Guides for the Child Support Certification Program. You can request to join this channel by clicking the link:
CSS New Attorney Materials
This private channel is for new CSS Attorneys and their MAs.
CSS OMMA
This private channel is for all Managing Attorney’s and Office Managers, and M-team, including materials regarding trainings, Enhanced Teams Licenses, and more.
CSS State Cell Phone Support
This channel is for anyone who has a CSS cell phone. They are information technology trainers, consultants, and subject matter experts with real DHS program and tech support experience. They specialize in problem-solving, and they provide direct support to YOU with the goal of effectively leveraging all our available technology and digital tools to increase your proficiency and productivity beginning with your on-boarding experience and continuing onward as they progress through our ever-changing and evolving systems and technologies. In short, they want to help you do your job better.
Digital Pathways Tech Support
This channel is for announcements and questions about technology. Their description is the same as the description for CSS State Cell Phone Support. They want to help you do your job better.
Full Day CLE (Continuing Legal Education)
This private channel is for judges and all CSS attorneys regarding CLE training and materials.
OnBase CSS
This channel is for all things OnBase.
