How to View Sample ALC Letters

Sample letters of every document in ALC are available on the State Office P drive.  If you need help in mapping to the State Office P drive please see the Quest article Mapping to the State Office P: Drive.

Once you have accessed the State Office P drive follow this path to get to the correct folder: CSED Public Folder > public > Document Designs > ALC Designs.

Within this folder there are alpha folders. The documents are placed in the folder that corresponds to the letter number. For example, if you want to view a sample of the National Medical Support Notice (MED5) click on the M folder. All letters that start with M will be listed. Search for the MED5 and open the folder.

Look for a PDF that has TESTDATA in the name of the document. In this example the document name is MED5 v10.TESTDATA.3-16-2023.

These are sample documents they do not always represent all user selections that may be made. If you have any questions or need additional help please contact *CSS.ALCDOCS.HELP.

If you do not know the document number for the document that you wish to view, please see the Quest article Listing of ALC Documents for instructions on how to access an Excel spreadsheet that is searchable.
