The Center for Business Excellence and Customer Service (CBECS) produces and maintains an Excel spreadsheet of all documents available in Adobe LiveCycle (ALC). The CY400Q01 report lists all ALC documents in alphabetical order by their Document IDs.
To quickly search an Excel spreadsheet you can use the Search function. Press CTRL+F, and then type your search words. Type in the Doc ID or the Document Description (Title). If the first document that comes up is not the one you want, click Find Next until the one you want appears.
The following data columns are shown on the report:
Data Column | Data Column Description |
---|---|
DOC ID | Document ID |
Document Description | Description or Title of the document |
Associated Docs | Lists any documents associated with the main document |
HOST/LOCAL | If HOST appears in this column, the document is host-print with the document printing at a central location; if LOCAL appears in this column, the document can be printed on your local office printer. |
User Request | If a Y appears in this column, the document can be generated from the ALC user interface; if an N appears in this column, the document is generated automatically through OSIS. |
Since the report is updated on a quarterly basis it may not have all recently-added documents.
