PS2 Screen Codes and Definitions

The Adult and Family Services screens, commonly referred to as IV-A or PS2 screens, are used to view customer data including income verification, medical information, and benefits such as SNAP and TANF.

CM , CMC, CMM

Use the CM/CMC/CMM screens to obtain information regarding case members and worker information. For case members, you can find information such as a person’s name, sex, race, benefits, benefit status, social security number, address, and payee relationship.

CM – Check the CM screen to obtain information regarding Case Members and Social Security Number(s).

CMC – Check the CMC screen to obtain information regarding Case Members and Client ID Numbers.

CMM – Check the CMM screen to obtain information regarding Case Members and Worker Information.

 

EA, EB, EC, ED, EE, EEHL, EF, EH, EI, EK, EKL

The “E” screens contain both “official” and the latest case information that has cleared through the case editing system. It is the information that generates issuance such as cash benefits, notice and claims, and the information provided to CSS for IV-A & IV-D system interface. All Family Support cases are divided into sections. Each section will give you different information.

Those sections are identified as:

Section EA – General Information

Section EB – Financial Assistance

Section EC – SNAP Benefits

Section ED – Medical Benefits

Section EE – Child Care

Section EEHL – IMS Social Services/FACS Child Care Eligibility History

Section EF – Household Information

Section EH – Third Party Liability

Section EI –  Non-Custodial Parrent Information

Section EK – Auth. Daycare Details

Section EKL –  Child Care Authorizations

 

TI for Non-Custodial Parent

The TI Transaction provides Non-Custodial Parent Data from the CSED System for the case number selected.

 

BN

Use the BN Transaction to view benefits issued from a designated case.
