Check FCRL for possible employer information for the NCP. Check the New Hire (NH), Quarterly Wages (QW), and Unemployment Insurance (UI) codes on the FCRL screen.
Generate the L05 to request information about the NCP’s employment, income, insurance, and employer’s address from an employer. The employer must exist on the APEU screen.

- You may be able to view some scanned documents returned by employers on the App Extender (also used to view a scanned AOR).

The searches performed on OSIS can provide employment information for persons working in the state of Oklahoma.
