For a Department of Defense civilian employee, the child support agency should continue to send the National Medical Support Notice (NMSN) to the Department of Defense (DoD) Human Resource (HR) office. The address for the appropriate HR office is included as part of the new hire and quarterly wage response sent as an FPLS match.
