There may be a time you refer someone whose first language is not English to the external DHS website for more information, answer to questions or other help. There is a translation option on the Oklahoma Human Services home screen that allows them to choose their preferred language.
Navigate to the Oklahoma Human Services home screen.
In the top right corner is the button “Translate” to choose their language.
On a mobile device, the translate button is the letter A with a star as shown in the image below.
When users click on this button, they find the languages to choose from.
Once they have chosen the language they prefer, the content on the website will now read in their language. The language chosen will also show at the top of the screen. In this case, it says Spanish.
To go back to English, they can click on “Show Original” and it will revert back to English.
Because the content is available in their language, the translation option will help users learn many important Child Support topics online.
