Scheduling DNA collection for CSS cases is completed through IdentiLink.
IdentiLink allows the user to:
- Schedule DNA collection for customers
- Check the status of a case
- View/print and download results
In order to have access to IdentiLink, you must complete the Application and Account Security Form. Once you have been granted access, review the IdentiLink User Manual to become familiar with the system.
