State money only and Custodial Person (CP) case is closed
When closing or auditing a case that is open for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) balances only (e.g. Non-coop, death, closure request), the worker will review the URASI TANF amount. If the URA has been verified and the permanently assigned balances exceed the verified URA amount, the State balances must be reduced to equal the URA.
