Which Documents Print Automatically from OBLRV?

With many offices now using ALC and OnBase for digital printing and filing, the need for paper documents has decreased. However, you can still automatically print specific Review and Adjust documents using the OBLRV screen. The automated documents will print to your local multi-function device.

Automatic Printing from OBLRV

Initial Review (opening OBLRV)

• Review Type: Automatic printing is available for FAST or STND reviews.
• Document Type: Set the DOCUMENT TYPE field to “A” (Administrative) or “J” (Judicial).
• Documents that Print Automatically:
  • R03A/B/C – Notice of Intent to Review Child Support Order
  • R04A/B/C – Financial Statement/Request for Information
  • These documents print automatically from OBLRV upon review initiation.
• Desk Reviews: Automatic documents are NOT generated for DESK reviews.

Final Review (closing OBLRV)

• If the REV/ADJ RESULTS field shows “NOCHANGE” at the end of a review, the Final Review Decision is created.
• If the REV/ADJ RESULTS field shows “NOCHANGE” at the end of a review, the Final Review Decision is created.
  • The R06A/B/C – Final Review Decision will print automatically if:
    • The TYPE REVIEW was STND or DESK.
    • The DOCUMENT TYPE was “A” or “J”.

Manual Printing

All other Review and Adjust documents are printed manually from ALC.
