The Address of Record (AOR) should not be deleted unless there is a significant error. The need to delete an AOR is a very rare occurrence.
The access in OSIS to delete an AOR is restricted and only a few individuals at State Office have access to do this. If there is a need to delete an AOR email *PFRs for assistance. Include detailed information as to why the AOR would need to be deleted.
If the AOR needs to be updated to a new AOR the current AOR should be placed in history not deleted.
