The Incarcerated NCP Checklists are designed to provide Child Support Services (CSS) specialists with detailed steps for cases that include incarcerated NCPs. The checklists include instructions for registering the incarcerated NCPs on VINE, which allows the specialist to be notified of the imminent release or transfer of an incarcerated NCP.
