Reviewing cases for Incarcerated NCP Order Abatement is a 2-part process that begins with verifying the NCP is incarcerated followed by checking OSIS screens for automated incarceration updates.
Part 1: Has prison or county jail incarceration been verified? If not, stop and proceed with further locate:
- Review reports CS987M01, M02 (CPs), M03 (NCPs). If verified by report, continue to Part 2.
- Check FCRL, FCRLPSN and FCRPSN OSIS screens.
County jail incarceration may require direct verification with the facility. Often, county jail holds are for other facilities. Some county jail inmates may not appear on jail logs provided to district offices.
- Check Vinelink, an online website, which provides custody statuses.
- Check government websites, such as Oklahoma DOC, Federal BOP, Arkansas DOC, Kansas DOC or Texas DOC.
Part 2: Check OSIS screens for automated incarceration updates. If necessary, update manually after incarceration verified:
OSIS Screens that may need to be checked and/or manually updated include:
- ADA/U 01
- ADA/U 10
- DCHG
- APPU
- CSCU
- CSLOGA
After verifying incarceration status and timeframes, forward case to finance for obligation abatement/adjustment.
