This article describes the process when there are missing C/H numbers on XRI.
Scenario 2: If not all of the CP’s FGN/CP combinations are listed on XRI
In order for the Unreimbursed Assistance (URA) to calculate correctly, all FGN/custodial person (CP) combinations must be cross-referenced with the C/H number. The worker must complete the following steps:
- Determine all FGNs where the custodial person is listed as the CP and make note of the CP sequence.
- Add a cross-reference tie for all FGN/CP sequences to the C/H case/person ID using XRU.
