Have you ever tried to generate a document on ALC and you received the error message saying
‘Errors CN150M36 – BIOLOGICAL PARENT FULL NAME MISSING OR INVALID?
If so, you’re not alone, it is a common error message but with a simple fix!
ALC requires both a first name and last name to generate a document. Look at your CSML screen and you will see that you have an “Unknown” BP or birth parent.
If you’re receiving the error, the case was built with the BP’s name “Unknown” only listed once and “Unknown” needs to be listed twice. You can easily correct this yourself by going to the CSCU screen and entering “Unknown” a second time for the BP Name. See the example of how this looks on CSCU below.
