Notice/Order of Payment Increase (NOPI)

The Notice/Order of Payment Increase (NOPI) mailing is to obtain a monthly judgment payment of 5% of the total child support order when there is no court ordered judgment payment or to increase the monthly judgment payment by 5%.

The NOPI is an administrative enforcement action of the Department of Human Services, Child Support division authorized under the Director’s Order statute (56 O.S. § 240.23), which allows the OKDHS to approve the monthly payment without the necessity of a judge’s approval. The OKDHS director has delegated signature authority of this notice to Child Support Services(CSS) attorneys.
