OAH Exhibit Processing

To process exhibits for an OAH hearing follow these steps.

  1. From your Caseworker Inbox in Workflow find the documents and click on the Copy to CSS Exhibits button on the ribbon.

  1. A copy of the document will go to the CSS Exhibit Prepping folder.

  1. Access the CSS Exhibit Prepping folder and find the document you want to work with. Click on the document. You will see the tasks available for the document in the ribbon.

  1. Click on the 1 Add/Update Exhibit Stamp button on the ribbon.

  1. Enter the exhibit number/letter in the Exhibit Identifier box. Select the Legal Party by clicking on the down arrow.

  1. The exhibit stamp will be added to the document.

  1. Verify that everything is correct and click on the Submit button.

  1. Click on the 2 Update Docket Date button on the ribbon.

  1. A user interaction box will open. Enter the Docket Date and click Submit.

  1. If the document needs to be routed to another person click on the Route Document button on the ribbon.

  1. When the document is ready to be submitted to OAH click on the Submit Exhibit to OAH button on the ribbon.

  1. The exhibits will be held in the CSS Copy of Exhibits in Review Folder until the OAH clerk releases it for the hearing.
