Moving Documents into OnBase Workflow

To move documents stored in OnBase to workflow follow these steps:

1. From the Home page of OnBase access Custom Queries.

2. Click on 830 CSS All Documents.

3. Enter the information for the document you wish to work with.

4. Click on the document you want to send to Workflow to highlight it.

5. Click on the Tasks tab and then the Execute Task button.

6. Select 830 CSS Send to Doc Routing. The document will now appear in your Workflow Inbox.
