Customers can use the Customer Portal to upload documents for their case(s). Documents that are uploaded could be for Child Support, Adult and Family Services, and/or Child Welfare.
To view the documents:
- Access OnBase and go to Custom Queries
- Click on 830 DHS Customer Portal Docs
- Enter one or more search parameters and click the Search button.
Double click on the document in the list that you want to view to open the document.
The following types of documents will be available to view in OnBase:

It is important to note that a customer may mislabel a document – for example, they may select that the document is a Divorce Decree rather than a Marriage License.
