Another list that can be worked at home is the WKLC or Worker List of Locate Cases. This is a list of active cases that are in priority 05 requiring locate activity. The WKLC is accessed on OSIS and it will let you know if new FCR locate information has been received on a case.
Please check with your office management to verify if they want you to work this list. Do not work this list without your supervisor’s permission. If they have told you to work on something else, please work on that.
Please remember that the Employer Services Center can do CLEAR Reports for offices. Just send an email request to ESC locate email address (CSS.CentralLocate@okdhs.org) and a Program Specialist from ESC will email you a CLEAR report to help you locate your non-custodial parents.
