*In legal concept these referrals are still intergovernmental referrals but on OSIS the process is simpler. If appropriate, send copies of documents needed & update Office Code and User number on CSCU. You may also mail the physical file to the Center for Coordinated Programs at State Office and they will house the file.

If an Intergovernmental Referral is required mail copies of any orders and arrears computation to the tribe and mail the physical file to the Center for Coordinated Programs at State Office and they will make the outgoing referral to the tribe.
