The Instate Cases with Foreign Orders and NCP Address is Out of State; Case Not Paying Report (KS370R01) on Content Manager on Demand (CMOD), is a report that provides a list of cases to review to see if an outgoing intergovernmental referral would be appropriate.
This report lists cases that meet the following criteria:
- NCP verified out of state (or international) address
- Case is open and active
- The obligation screen has an out of state order listed
- Another state
- US territory
- Another country
- Tribal child support office
- NCP has made no payments for 90 days
- No active incoming or outgoing referral
The list is organized by office code and worker ID number. It also provides the FGN, status code, priority code, obligation sequence, state code (if international, it will show INT), the last payment amount and last payment date.
Caseworkers can use this list to review cases to determine if an outgoing intergovernmental (or international) referral is needed or if the case may need to be closed.
When reviewing the cases the worker should check to see if there is currently an active case in another state. If there is and that state is collecting child support, review the case for closure or redirection of payments.
Workers should review to see if the case can be Long Armed or if a referral to the other state is required.
