Genetic Testing Timeframe
Notification of Genetic Testing Appointment Date 24-48 hours
Scheduled Appointment Date Should be 7-10 days after request is submitted
Notification of Non-Appearance for Parties 24 to 48 hours
Parentage Questionnaire 30 Days CP will be placed in non-cooperation automatically if not returned within 30 days
Child of Marriage Cover Letter and Affidavit Returned within 10 days of issuance date Case may close if form is not returned
Multiple Father Cover Letter and Affidavit Returned within 10 days if issuance date Case may close if form is not returned
Request for Additional Information Returned within 15 days of issuance date CP may be placed in non-cooperation if form is not returned
