The TPQYC Screen is used to request information about Social Security for a participant on a child support case. SSI and/or SSDI information will be returned.
The TPQYI screen is used to retrieve the results of the requested information.
To access the TPQYC screen on a blank screen or the next line type TPQYC and press enter.
You will be prompted to enter the case number. This is the Adult and Family Services (AFS) case number from either a TANF case or SNAP case. You will also need to enter the Social Security number of the person that you want to request information about. After you enter the information press, enter.
This will take you to the second page of the TPQYC screen and it will auto populate with the person’s data. Verify that this is the person you are wanting to request the information for by placing a Y in the IS THIS THE CORRECT PERSON field. If you enter a N the system will take you back to the first page of the TPQYC screen to start over.
In the SELECT ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING fields select the information that you are requesting. It is recommended to select both. Press enter to initiate the search.
This will take you to the third page of the TPQYC screen and it will display a message that the request has been initiated.
The information will be returned within 48 hours.
To retrieve the information after it is returned access the TPQYI screen by Typing TPQYI SSN (the person requested Social Security Number) and press enter.
