What is the Intergovernmental Reference Guide (IRG)?

The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) Intergovernmental Reference Guide (IRG) offers states, tribes, and other partners an effective and efficient way to view child support program and address information. The IRG consolidates all the data into a centralized, automated repository, which is available via the Child Support Portal (CSP). This can be accessed by clicking on this link: OKDHS FPLS CSP/QUICK

The IRG contains profile and contact information for the following entities:

  • States and territories
  • Tribes
  • International – The Hague Treaty countries and foreign reciprocating countries
  • OCSE offices

The profile information contains program specific law, policies and procedures specific to each state and tribe. Some examples of the information that this includes would be state level reciprocity agreements, enforcement tools, policy of age of majority, and support order establishment. There is no profile information for international or OCSE offices.

The contact information contains address and other contact information for state and tribal programs, international and OCSE offices.

For more information and training regarding the IRG please review the CSQuest article Intergovernmental Reference Guide (IRG).
