Deficit Reduction Act Fee OSIS Screens

For more information on the Deficit Reduction Act (DRA) refer also to CSQuest article Deficit Reduction Act Fee.

The following OSIS screens may be used to research DRA fees for Child Support Services (CSS) cases.

CF25FHH – CSS $35 Fee Household

CF25FHH Screen
CF25FHH displays a custodial parent’s (CP’s) household type that determines whether the CP is eligible for the $35 fee. This screen does not show whether the fee has actually been assessed. This screen is accessible by typing CF25FHH followed by the Family Group Number (FGN) and CP sequence number in the NEXT field. For example, CF25FHH 123XXX001 001.

CF25DET – CSS $35 Fee Details

CF25DET Screen
CF25DET displays the receipt and disbursement history that shows when the $550 threshold is reached and the $35 fee is assessed. CF25FHH and CFRRX will not show whether a fee has been assessed or not. CF25DET must be consulted to determine whether the fee has been assessed. This screen is accessible by typing CF25DET followed by the FGN and the CP sequence number in the NEXT field. For example, CF25DET 123XXX001 001.

CFRR/X – Receipt Inquiry by FGN

CFRR Screen
CFRR/X shows the letter “F” between the ADJ CDE and ADJ DATE fields to indicate that a portion of the receipt was used for fee collection or recovery. This can mean that the fee was assessed on this case or any of the non-custodial parent’s (NCP’s) cases where the payment was logged by an absent parent number (APN), even if the fee did not apply to that case.

CFRB/X – CSED Receivable Balance Activity List

CFRB Screen
CFRBX shows the letter “F” to the left of the TRAN AMT field on the second line of the description to indicate that a portion of the receipt was used for fee collection or recovery.

CFROPO – CSED Record of Payments Activity List

CFROPO screen

CFROPC/CFROPO displays any collections or recoveries against a DRA $35 fee balance under the STATE RETAINED column.
