The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) is the Medicaid agency in the State of Oklahoma. It became its own agency in 1993 when it was separated out from DHS.
In 2010, OHCA implemented the Online Enrollment program. This program allows Oklahoma residents to apply and be certified for SoonerCare (Medicaid) online.
CSS receives automated case referrals from OHCA for children on SoonerCare and there is a deprivation in the home. There are two computer systems OHCA uses in which CSS may review Medicaid case information: Agency View & iCE.
