When Unreimbursed Assistance (URA) programming was implemented, a conversion program was run to post a lump sum estimate of prior Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) TANF expenditures. This estimate was based on data found on several older PS2 (IV-A) screens. This conversion program estimated expenditures back to 02/1987. The EBOL conversions were posted in OSIS in the form of a lump sum. The EBOL conversion total should be trusted as reliable information.
